Frequently Asked Questions
Your company will offer Christmas trees, wreaths, evergreens and Trees for Troops and/or Wreaths for Troops donations starting in October through mid-November. Money will be collected and managed by your organization. Orders MUST be submitted to Wood Mountain no later than November 15th, 2021. Payments are due in full no later than November 17th, 2021 to guarantee your delivery. Products may not be shipped if payment is not received. Any payment arrangements or payment delays must be approved by Wood Mountain management prior to payment due date.
The trees and greens will be directly delivered to your site with a minimum order of 100 trees. (See the Direct Delivery FAQ below). Upon the arrival of the semi-truck, your group’s volunteers will be responsible for unloading your order.
There is a minimum 100 TREE order requirement for direct delivery to your site. Wreaths, greenery, and “Trees for Troops” & Wreaths for Troops products do not count toward the 100-tree minimum.
For groups who do NOT meet the minimum 100 tree requirement, we do offer an alternative. See the Co-Op and Distribution Lot programs detailed below.
Co-Op Program
Your products will be combined with other groups near your location that did not meet the minimum. One group will be selected to be the drop site. Once the products are offloaded and the count finalized your group will then take your products back to your location for distribution.
Wood Mountain Distribution Lot Program
Your products will be delivered directly to one of the Wood Mountain Distribution sites located near you. Your full order will be organized by Wood Mountain Reps for pick up. Your group will then pick up the order and take it back to your location for distribution.
Your Wood Mountain Rep will inform you of the options available after your final order is submitted.
There are no “up-front” costs to participate. In addition, there are no pre-payment requirements during the program prior to order submittal.
Yes, our “Suggested Retail Price” is typically below retail Christmas tree lot pricing in California. Plus, you can adjust your pricing to fit your demographics and remain competitive.
Yes, shipping charges are calculated based on a per item basis. Rates are determined on current fuel and transportation costs.

Yes, we provide a customizable Sales Flyer, and our valuable “Sales Tracker” tool helps maintain a record of your employees’ and their orders. Download and reuse this list each consecutive year. Sales tools are available online in your Member Site.

Our trees and wreaths are “nursery” quality graded and are delivered fresh directly to you from the Pacific Northwest. In addition, the wreaths and greens are all “handcrafted” and of superior quality.
It is much better environmentally to use a natural agricultural crop and recycle it after the holidays. Real Christmas trees are a renewable, recyclable, and natural product that are produced in the Pacific Northwest USA. The trees are grown as crops, just like corn or wheat, and raised on a farm. Once harvested, new seedlings are planted to replace harvested trees. Artificial Christmas trees are a non-renewable, non-biodegradable, plastic and metal product most often made in overseas factories.
